This is the 2nd time I've ordered custom numbers from Pro Tape Signs and Graphics ([ www.protapesigns.com ]). The first time was flawless order and 2-day delivery (when I was running the "522" number). This time, I wasn't in such a rush for our event tomorrow, so I ordered new numbers in honor of my late-Dad's birthday, "219", in late-October. Well, Monday came around and I still didn't have the numbers. I called up Larry at Pro Tape Signs and indicated that I had not received my package, yet USPS had indicated that they were delivered. I've been bit by USPS before as well (as I've posted). Larry and his wife Sherry quickly expedited me another set of magnetic numbers that are scheduled to be delivered to my hotel today. Note, they put out all the expenses for the new numbers and overnight shipping. Not only do they offer a great product with levels of customizing, but they provided me with incredible customer service in every aspect.
